This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by borepairableness. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant borepairableness a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. borepairableness takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User-Generated Content submitted by you or any third party.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, or if we believe that such content is objectionable or otherwise inappropriate.
Some services may require payment of fees. By using such services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your use of the services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. borepairableness reserves the right to change its fees at any time, but we will provide notice of any fee changes prior to their effective date.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services until payment is received.
In the event of a dispute regarding any payment, you must notify us within 30 days of the date of the disputed charge. Failure to do so will constitute your acceptance of the charge.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the liability of borepairableness shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
